Job Description
Operational Management:
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of third-party contractors and service providers, ensuring that operations are carried out efficiently and meet client expectations.
- Supervise daily operations and monitor performance to ensure that services are delivered on time and within quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of tasks and services.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all third-party service providers comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor third-party performance and address any compliance issues or service discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess third-party service quality and adherence to safety and operational standards.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and third-party service providers, ensuring clear communication and problem resolution.
- Maintain positive relationships with external vendors and contractors, negotiating terms and addressing any concerns.
- Address customer or client feedback and resolve any service-related issues in a timely manner.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to third-party service delivery, ensuring that service levels meet agreed-upon standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on third-party performance, operational efficiency, and service issues to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in third-party services and implement corrective actions as needed.
Cost Management:
- Monitor and manage the budget allocated for third-party services, ensuring that expenses align with agreed-upon financial terms.
- Review invoices from third-party vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms before approval for payment.
Training and Development:
- Assist in the training and orientation of third-party contractors to ensure they understand operational procedures, safety protocols, and client-specific requirements.
- Promote best practices among third-party vendors and ensure they are updated on any changes to processes or regulations.
Problem Resolution:
- Actively resolve any issues related to third-party services, including delays, quality concerns, or non-compliance with agreed standards.
- Implement corrective measures and liaise with internal teams or clients to prevent recurrence of operational issues.
