Job Description
- Design Creation:
- Create original visual designs, including graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts for a wide range of projects such as websites, social media, advertisements, print materials, and more.
- Develop concepts and designs that reflect the brand’s identity, ensuring a consistent visual language across all platforms and materials.
- Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, branding, and web development teams to ensure designs align with project goals and business needs.
- Collaborate with other designers, content creators, and clients to refine design concepts and ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, or creative directors, ensuring all changes are incorporated and the design meets the required specifications.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure brand guidelines and visual standards are adhered to across all design work.
- Produce designs that resonate with target audiences and promote the client or brand in a visually appealing and effective manner.
- Software Proficiency:
- Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), to create and refine designs.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to maintain innovative and modern designs.
- File Management and Preparation:
- Prepare and deliver final artwork for production, ensuring that all files are print-ready and meet technical requirements.
- Organize and manage design files, ensuring easy access and version control for future updates or revisions.
- Client Communication and Feedback:
- Liaise with clients to understand their design needs, brand objectives, and project requirements.
- Present design concepts to clients and gather feedback to ensure satisfaction and make revisions when necessary.
