Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to accounts under your responsibility, taking ownership and accountability.
Responsible for the overall management of accounts under your area of responsibility, taking prompt action to accomplish objectives as stipulated in the service agreement and achieve goals beyond what is required.
Responsible for the upkeep and growth of existing accounts, making clients and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions, developing and sustaining productive and long lasting customer relationships. Attend meetings whenever requested by the Client and/or initiate meetings with the client if open issues remain unsolved for whatever reason based on the agreed timelines. Provide Client with regular updates with regards to completion status.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives by establishing courses of action for self and other support groups to ensure that work is rendered efficiently.
Escalate pending issues to the Sr. Operations Manager to facilitate closure as well as disclose with full transparency any gut feel or suspicion of possible termination or non-renewal of contracts and find ways to mitigate the same.
Generate innovative solutions in work situations, trying different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.
Conduct meeting with on-site personnel regarding inventory, attendance, discipline, special projects, individual concerns, facility requirements and plans.
Responsible for forecasting and meeting projected monthly revenue with target margins keeping track of their respective P&L analysis in collaboration with the Finance Department.
Ensure timely payments of services rendered based on the agreed upon payment terms in collaboration with the credit and collection team.
Strict implementation of the DTR submission policy which is __ days after cut-off.
Submit to the Sr. Operations Manager a weekly accomplishment report. (see attached format).
Ensure adherence of oneself and all deployed on-site personnel under your jurisdiction to the company’s policy on Corporate Governance and Good Moral Conduct.
Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Operations Manager.
