Job Description

What you'll be doing




  • Providing a wide range of administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings




  • Handling telephone enquiries, taking messages, and providing excellent customer service




  • Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems




  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents




  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory




  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required




What we're looking for




  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role




  • Fresh Graduate welcome to apply




  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused approach




  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
