What you'll be doing
Providing a wide range of administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
Handling telephone enquiries, taking messages, and providing excellent customer service
Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A flexible and adaptable approach to work with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
