Job description:
- Responsible for transfer of title, tax dec, payment of taxes and process of ECAR (end to end process).
- Responsible in unitization of transfer of title, consolidation and other transaction regarding title.
- Responsible for cancellation of annotations, encumbrances and other liens to the title.
-Responsible for securing Development Permit, Locational Clearance, FSEC, Building Permit, License to Sell and other permits, clearances and licenses from various government offices relative to project development.
- Responsible to ensure the accurate records and timeline of securing permits.
- Responsible to evaluates requirements for title transfer and permits submission.
- Responsible to facilitate and ensure coordination between government agencies.
- Responsible to all annual compliance to Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development for purposes of verifying the project status.
- Familiar with transactions to the Sangguniang Panglungsod, CPDO, BFP, OBO, DHSUD, Registry of Deeds, City Assessor, City Treasury, Barangay,DENR, Meralco, LAWC and other agencies of government.
- Responsible to collate and prepare the necessary documents/plans/studies required in applications for licenses, permits, clearances, certifications, etc.
- Ability to advance foreseen/detect critical items or issue to immediately solve the problem.
Qualifications:
Experience:
-With 3 to 5 years’ experience of transfer of title from land purchase to transfer to buyer's name, permitting process and understanding of real estate, tax, and has familiarity in real estate process, especially with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Willing to travel to Cebu and other locations.
-Preferably a licensed broker
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate or any other related course.

-Ability to handle and complete high-volume transactions with minimal errors.
