The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing user engagement and feedback, and managing the
company’s social media interactions.
•Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy (overall calendar) across platorms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest).
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
•Plan and create engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, and/or live sessions) that aligns with brand messaging and trends.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, using insights to optmize content and campaigns and tweak strategy as needed.
• Collaborate with Brand, PR, and Sales teams to support product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
• Help the team collaborate with KOLs/infuencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators
to expand brand reach.
• Create engaging and shareable content appropriate for each social media platorm to drive
engagement.
• Work with the design team to ensure content is visually captvatng.
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practces are being used.
• Maintain a digital dashboard of several diferent accounts.
• Coordinate with legal, business, and communicatons teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platorm updates, and emerging social media technologies.
• Develop and oversee paid social media advertsing campaigns in collaboraton with the digital marketng team.
• Implement SEO best practces to enhance content discoverability and drive organic trafc.
• Provide monthly reportng to stakeholders.
