Broker Network Associate , will handle email queries, answer phones, and perform other jobs critical to office operations
Assist the Broker Network in the formulation and implementation of sales strategies and policies geared towards the effective promotion of Arthaland Products in order to attain the Company’s sales objectives;
Assist the Broker Network in organizing, mobilizing and supervising a fully competent and highly motivated professional broker partners to be tasked with the efficient implementation of the marketing and sales plans for the Projects. For this purpose, the Broker Network Officer shall assist the Broker Manager in recruiting and developing a training program for new broker partners and conduct the training regularly as needed.
Duly inform prospective buyers and broker partners of the terms and conditions of the sale as contained in the relevant sales agreements, deed restrictions, financing schemes, payment requirements, and other policies that may be relevant to the purchase of the Arthaland Products
Diligently submit to the Company all pertinent information on the buyer and broker partner and facilitate the preparation and execution of the necessary documentation, together with the relevant payments, to affect the sale and registration of the product in the name of the buyer. To this end, the seller shall follow-up such documents and payments from the buyer until remittance of the full purchase price and the completion of all documentary requirements
Ensure that payments on the sale of the products facilitated through his/her efforts are remitted to the Company on or before their actual due dates, including payment of transfer taxes, registration expenses, and other fees and expenses on the sale and registration thereof, as well as association dues, real property tax, interest and penalties. The seller shall not hold the Company liable in any way for any penalties, surcharges, interest, and similar expenses that may accrue on any transaction of his/her failure for whatever reason
