Supervise daily operations and maintenance of ACUs and HVAC systems
Lead and assign tasks to AC technicians and maintenance staff
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed
Monitor ACU performance, efficiency, and system reliability
Troubleshoot complex ACU and HVAC system issues
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for major repairs
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
Prepare maintenance reports, service logs, and performance summaries
Conduct site inspections and recommend system improvements
