Job Description
- nstall, inspect, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions using tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning ducts, replacing filters, and checking refrigerant levels.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Test electrical circuits and components to verify proper operation.
- Work with refrigerants, including proper handling, charging, and disposal according to EPA regulations.
- Recommend system upgrades and energy-efficient solutions to customers.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate findings and solutions effectively.
