An HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, helping with recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This role ensures smooth daily HR operations and supports employees with HR-related inquiries.

Job Description


  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Process payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave requests.

  • Help organize training sessions, workshops, and company events.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Assist with employee relations by addressing basic HR inquiries and concerns.

  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reports.

  • Support performance management by tracking employee evaluations and feedback.

  • Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding procedures.

  • Perform general administrative duties, such as handling correspondence, filing, and scheduling meetings.
