Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify potential issues or concerns between Isla and various government agencies (BIR, DOE, BOC, Embassies, PEZA) and bank partners.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and protocols during transactions.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery when required.
- Work proactively address and resolve concerns through effective negotiation and communication. Able to decide during transactions.
- Maintain or keep records of deliveries, communications, decisions made, and actions taken.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained to track the records and details of transactions
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina for carrying documents/packages and moving between locations.
- Familiarity with local routes and transport methods.
- Knowledgeable on various bank and LGUs protocols, guidelines and policies
- Knowledgeable on permits and licensing protocols, guidelines and policies
