Job Summary
The Kitchen/Laundry Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen and laundry equipment. This role ensures that all appliances, such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other machinery, operate efficiently, remain in good condition, and comply with safety standards. The technician will troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues while performing routine maintenance to prolong equipment life and prevent unexpected breakdowns.

- Installation and Setup: Install new kitchen and laundry appliances, ensuring proper setup, connection, and functionality according to manufacturer specifications.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment to ensure smooth operation, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting for wear and tear.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose issues with appliances and equipment, and perform repairs or recommend replacements as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Technical Support: Provide support for equipment usage, offering guidance on proper operation and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs, parts used, maintenance schedules, and work completed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels for parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Customer Service: Respond to service requests, ensuring prompt and professional service while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- System Upgrades: Recommend upgrades or replacements for outdated or inefficient equipment to improve overall efficiency.
