Job Description
- Installation: Install plumbing systems for new construction, including pipes, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct inspections and repairs on plumbing systems to resolve issues such as leaks, clogs, or damaged pipes, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose plumbing problems by assessing the condition of pipes, fixtures, and systems, and identify issues that need to be addressed.
- System Upgrades: Upgrade plumbing systems to meet new standards or to improve water flow, energy efficiency, or water conservation.
- Code Compliance: Ensure that all plumbing installations and repairs are done according to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to explain plumbing issues, recommend solutions, and provide estimates for work.
- Emergency Services: Respond to emergency plumbing issues, such as burst pipes or major leaks, outside of regular working hours if required.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer feedback to ensure proper maintenance tracking.
