Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including data entry and managing financial documents.

Invoice Processing: Handling the processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.

Reconciling Accounts: Reconciling bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy.

Report Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Supporting the finance team in the budgeting and forecasting processes.

General Ledger: Assisting with general ledger entries and month-end/year-end close processes.

Audits: Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting/finance regulations.

Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the finance team, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1.      audit of the parking/terminal tickets/bank reconciliation,


2.       checking of actual Ice & Bev orders / Reserved Parking versus the Amount billed to SPACE clients,


3.      enforcing the complete documentation requirements from OAA Ancillary Businesses’ clients (Parking, SPACE and Ice & Bev),


4.      conducting on the spot / regular audit to ensure compliance,


5.       other tasks to be assigned to the candidate depending on the business requirement


 


Qualifications:


·        Graduate of Accounting Technology or Business Ad / Management related courses


·        Minimum of one (1) year related work experience in Audit / Finance Operations function


·        Proficient in the use of MS Office applications specifically MS Excel and MS Word


·        Above Average communication (oral and written) skills


·        Has the ability to deliver the tasks effectively and efficiently


·        Can work collaboratively with her immediate supervisor and other team members/depts / external stakeholders


·        Willing to work during holidays/weekends / Overtime


·        5 days a week (9AM to 6PM or 1PM to 10PM if needed)
