We are seeking a diligent and organized Sales Admin Assistant and Secretary to the General Manager to join our team at Business Trends Philippines' in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to our Sales division and senior management.


What you'll be doing



  • Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager and the Sales team

  • Managing the General Manager's schedule, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Handling various office administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry

  • Assisting with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other business documents

  • Serving as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the Sales department


What we're looking for



  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a sales or business environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
