What You’ll Do
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with global and regional objectives, ensuring continuity in brand positioning and messaging.
Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and analysis across digital, social media, content marketing, and events.
Activate retail moments and key campaigns, including 501 Day, Pride, and Women’s Month.
Public Relations & Brand Building
Create and execute comprehensive PR plans, seeding strategies, and memorable event activations.
Build partnerships through effective internal and external communication.
Coordinate product seeding and delivery to key stakeholders, amplifying brand reach.
Finance & Logistics Coordination
Oversee purchase orders (POs) and goods receipt processes (MIGO/GR) while ensuring timely billing coordination.
Manage logistics for pullouts, shipments, and ad hoc operational needs.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Manage the marketing budget to optimize spend and deliver maximum ROI.
Paid Media, Socials & Ecommerce
Prepare and guide monthly campaign briefs for agencies, outlining promotional plans and objectives.
Ensure seamless integration of digital, social, and ecommerce efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Content & Brand Management
Develop on-brand content and communication materials tailored to the target audience.
Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all platforms.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on strategic planning, campaign management, and team leadership.
Proven expertise in PR, marketing activations, and ecommerce strategies.
Experience in FMCG, multinational companies, or the fashion/beauty/retail industries is a must.
Strong commercial sensibility, business acumen, and creativity.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing performance.
