· To be able to carry out all tasks/assignments in a timely manner (meeting deadlines) carefully.
· To order, track, record, and maintain inventory parts of all hotel Kitchen and laundry equipment.
· To follow up with the stewarding department regarding the kitchen equipment cleaning schedule.
· To follow up with laundry staff regarding the laundry equipment cleaning schedule.
· To look after all the tools supplied by the hotel and correctly deposit them after finishing the shift.
· To interact with the kitchen chefs on a daily basis to understand the kitchen's issues and requirements.
· To interact with the laundry in charge on a daily basis to understand the laundry issues and requirements.
· To interact with all guests and colleagues in a professional manner at all times.
· Clean all work areas after finishing the tasks properly.
· To have a basic knowledge of all other Engineering functions: plumbing, electrical A/C, etc.
To report the status of assignments and potential dangers as soon as possible.
